New to Latin Roots but already have Salsa or Bachata experience? You can request an Introductory Training Session at any time. We will place you in the right Stage.

New to Latin Roots but already dance? Start with an Introductory Training Session rather than choosing a Stage yourself.
Your first 4-week Beginner Course starts the journey. Continue building your Salsa and Bachata fundamentals, then progress through the academy when ready.

Before you choose a class
I have never danced before. Which Salsa and Bachata class should I join?
Start with the 4-Week Salsa & Bachata Beginner Course. It is designed for complete beginners and you can choose Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday.
Do I need a partner?
No. You are very welcome to come on your own. Partner rotation is part of the class structure.
I already dance. Which Stage should I choose?
Start with an Introductory Training Session. We will recommend the most suitable Stage after seeing you dance.
Do I have to choose between Salsa and Bachata?
No. Regular Latin Roots training evenings include both Salsa and Bachata, with 45 minutes of each.
